The company ZIROX SOFTWARE s.r.o., business ID no. (IČ): 03702863, registered in Jičínská 226/17, Žižkov, 130 00 Praha 3, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, entry 236567 (hereinafter referred to as “ZIROX SOFTWARE”) declares that all processed personal data is considered to be strictly confidential and is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The security of your personal data is a priority for ZIROX SOFTWARE.
 
ZIROX SOFTWARE is a controller of your personal data within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR), i.e., it collects, stores and uses (and otherwise processes) your personal data to perform its business activities (individual purposes, for which personal data is processed, are described below).
 
This privacy policy applies to all personal data collected by ZIROX SOFTWARE during your use of the ZIROX SOFTWARE apps or website and further on the basis of the fulfilment of the agreement between you and ZIROX SOFTWARE, legal obligations, legitimate interest of ZIROX SOFTWARE or granted consent to the processing of personal data through the website or, for example, when purchasing ZIROX SOFTWARE products or services.
 
The privacy policy describes the purposes of processing your personal information, ways of using your personal data, informs about different categories of personal data processed, individual recipients of personal data, the period of personal data retention, and your rights in relation to the protection of personal data.

  • Performance of a contractual relationship (for example, when the purchase agreement is concluded);

  • The fulfilment of other statutory obligations (other statutory duties performed by ZIROX SOFTWARE include, for example, the provision of information to law enforcement authorities or other public authorities).

ZIROX SOFTWARE is also authorized to collect, store and use certain information through automated means for the purpose of statistics and to improve its applications and services while using our applications or websites. This information is obtained anonymously and is not linked to your personal information listed above.
 
 
PERSONAL DATA RECIPIENTS
 
In ZIROX SOFTWARE your personal information is only accessible to authorized employees or to individual processors only to the extent necessary to meet the individual processing purposes or consent to the processing of personal data.
 
The personal data processors are accounting, auditing, and IT companies whose services ZIROX SOFTWARE uses.
 
Under certain conditions, we are authorized to transfer some of your personal data under applicable law, for example, to law enforcement or other public authorities.
 
 
TERM OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
 
We process and store your personal data for as long as is necessary to ensure all rights and obligations arising under the applicable contractual relationship and for as long as ZIROX SOFTWARE is obliged to keep personal data in accordance with generally binding legal regulations or for a period of time which you have given us consent for processing thereof. In other cases, the processing time ensues or is determined from the purpose of processing.
 
We process the personal data according to the purpose of its processing for the period of time so specified:

* ZIROX SOFTWARE is authorized to process your e-mail address within the meaning of Section 7 (3) of the Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services and on Amendments to Certain Acts (Act on Certain Information Society Services), as amended, to disseminate business communications about its own products or services (for example, through a newsletter or newsletter) if you do not reject such communications.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
 
As a data subject, you have the rights listed below, which derive from the law, and you can exercise them at any time. This is the right to (i) access personal data, (ii) to rectify inaccurate or false personal data, (iii) request clarification in the case of suspected personal data privacy or personal data processing (iv) the erasure of personal data if personal data is no longer required for the purposes for which it is collected or otherwise processed or if it is found to have been rendered unlawfully; (v) to limit the processing of personal data; (vi) the portability of the data; and (vii) the right to object after which processing of your personal data will be terminated unless it can be shown that there are serious legitimate grounds for processing that outweigh the interests or rights and freedoms of the data subject, if it is the reason for the enforcement of legal claims. At the same time, you have the opportunity to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz), where you can file a possible complaint.

  • Right to access personal data: If you want to know whether ZIROX SOFTWARE is processing personal data about you, you have the right to obtain information about whether your personal data is being processed and, if so, you also have the right to obtain access to your personal data. In case of a repeated request, ZIROX SOFTWARE is entitled to charge a reasonable fee for a copy of the personal data provided. We will inform you about these steps.
  • The right to rectify inaccurate and untrue personal information: If you feel that ZIROX SOFTWARE is processing inaccurate or untrue personal data, you have the right to have it rectified. ZIROX SOFTWARE will rectify it without unnecessary delay, but always with regard to technical options.
  • The right to request clarification: If you suspect that ZIROX SOFTWARE harms protection of your personal and private life by processing your personal data or that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law, you may request clarification from ZIROX SOFTWARE.
  • Right to erasure: If you request erasure, ZIROX SOFTWARE will erase your personal data if (i) it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, (ii) the processing is unlawful, (iii) you object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate reasons for processing, or (iv) that is imposed upon ZIROX SOFTWARE by legal obligation.
  • Right to restrict the processing of personal data: You may request that ZIROX SOFTWARE restrict the processing of your personal data if you are not interested in deleting, but only temporarily restricting the processing of your personal data.
  • Right to data portability: If you want ZIROX SOFTWARE to forward your personal data to a third party, you can use your right to data portability. If the exercise of this right would affect the rights and freedoms of third parties, ZIROX SOFTWARE will not be able to comply with your request.
  • Right to object: You have the right at any time to object to the processing of personal data processed for the purposes of carrying out a public interest or public authority task or for the protection of the legitimate interests of ZIROX SOFTWARE. If ZIROX SOFTWARE does not prove that there is a serious legitimate reason for processing that outweighs your interests or rights and freedoms, it will terminate the processing on the basis of your objection without undue delay.
